Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value:

2. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 60 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Restocking Fee
Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping and covering the shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 20% restocking fee.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
